Who We Are
Trinity Lead-Seeker ("Trinity", "we", "us", "our") is a B2B lead generation platform operating at seek-leads.com. The platform helps sales and marketing professionals discover, organize, and engage with potential business contacts.
For purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, Trinity acts as the data controller of the personal data you provide when using our service.

Data We Collect
We collect two categories of data: information you give us directly, and information generated by using the service.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (race, religion, health, biometrics, etc.) and we do not sell your data to third parties.
How We Use Your Data
- Account management — create your account, authenticate you, manage your subscription.
- Service delivery — run B2B lead searches, generate AI chat responses, execute scheduled search jobs.
- AI personalization — store your ICP and preferences so results improve over time.
- Billing — track lead usage against your plan quota, process payments.
- Communication — send transactional emails (password reset, subscription confirmation). No marketing emails without explicit consent.
- Security & abuse prevention — detect and prevent fraud, enforce rate limits.
- Legal compliance — meet obligations under applicable law, respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces significant legal effects on you.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

Data Retention
- Account data — retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, email is anonymized within 24 hours.
- Lead data — retained for the lifetime of your account. Delete all leads anytime from Profile → Leads → Delete all.
- Chat history — retained for the lifetime of your account. Delete per-session or in full from the app.
- Server access logs — retained for 30 days, then automatically purged.
- Payment records — retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
- Backups — fully purged within 30 days of account deletion.
Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have rights over your data. EEA/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.
Right to Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data in your profile settings.
Right to Erasure
Delete your account and all associated data — available directly in the app.
Right to Portability
Export your leads as CSV at any time (Leads → Export).
Right to Restriction
Ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
Automated Decisions
We do not make solely automated decisions with significant legal effect.
Withdraw Consent
Where processing is consent-based, you may withdraw at any time.
To exercise any right, email vladimir@fnctn1.com. We will respond within 30 days. If dissatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (ICO in the UK, CNIL in France, BfDI in Germany).
Delete Your Account
Account deletion is self-service and takes effect immediately. No need to contact support.
When you delete your account, we:
- Immediately deactivate your access and anonymize your email address
- Delete all your leads, chat history, memory, and search jobs
- Retain anonymized payment records for tax/legal compliance (7 years), with no personally identifiable information
- Purge your data from backups within 30 days
Log in → Profile → scroll to the bottom → "Delete Account"
If you cannot log in, email vladimir@fnctn1.com with your account email to request deletion.
Security
- All data transmitted over TLS 1.2/1.3 (HTTPS).
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt — never stored in plaintext.
- Authentication via short-lived JWT tokens (7-day expiry).
- Database on a private server, not publicly accessible.
- Periodic security reviews and prompt patching.
In the event of a personal data breach posing risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by GDPR Article 33.
Children's Privacy
Trinity Lead-Seeker is a professional B2B tool intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact vladimir@fnctn1.com and we will delete the account promptly.
International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the service from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your data is transferred to and processed in the US.
We ensure adequate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with sub-processors, and the UK IDTA for UK data.
Policy Changes
When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date, notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and where required by GDPR, request fresh consent.

We aim to respond within 5 business days, and in any case within 30 days as required by GDPR.
EEA residents may contact their national supervisory authority. UK residents may contact the ICO.
